Fast UPS Shipping

Nearly all Pepper Spray HQ orders are shipped within 1 business day via UPS Ground. Depending on your shipping location, packages are delivered on average between 3 and 5 business days from the time of order in the contiguous 48 states.  UPS will make up to three separate attempts to deliver your order if either no one is home or UPS determines that it is unsafe to leave the package unattended.  In the event that UPS is unable to deliver the package after three attempts, the customer will bear any additional shipping costs to receive the order. 

US Military Shipments

Fox Labs Online ships to all APO/FPO addresses at no extra shipping cost.  We are proud to help serve our military men and women.  These packages are shipped via UPS and US Postal Service Priority Mail.

Backordered Items

While we keep a large stock of inventory, there are times which we do not have a given item.  The delivery time varies, but on average, it may take 2-3 weeks to receive backordered items.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are fixed at $9.95 per order to the 48 contiguous states, no matter how many items are purchased.
